We were with several people at the meal, the taste was really good, but the size of the portions in relation to the price, sorry, really heavy. Dessert ok too, but if the actually delicious sauces are not for eating because the desserts are in small glasses and they are in the sauce, the eye looks and eats with you, ok, but the stomach should also get something

Food was sometimes cold. Tasted like it was in the microwave ... But the service was friendly.

Today I was accompanied by a wheelchair user to visit. I can recommend the restaurant for wheelchair users. There is a ramp at the main entrance and the garden entrance. The only disadvantage is the gravel in the beer garden - it is difficult to get into the beer garden with a wheelchair without an escort. But this is very lovingly furnished and the small niches give you a lot of privacy. Now for the food - it was fantastic. The compositions of the individual ingredients really conjured up a little taste sensation on my tongue. Really I expected good food due to the loving decor of the beer garden, but what I ate far exceeded expectations. For me finally an insider tip in Regensburg, even if not directly in the city district;)

We also had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our food. The service was also very unfriendly. My parents, both over 80, were also moaned by because they thought about it briefly. You don't have to have it again.

In advance upset about the rude phone reservation. Keeping up with the previous tenant in terms of food is certainly not easy. Unfortunately, this was not even partially successful. Steak with the wrong cooking point, flavor more spice mix than sophistication. The waitress was rarely seen, I had to pay about 35 minutes. go to the counter after communicating my request, otherwise nothing would have happened. After all, the great beer garden scores ...

Failure after tenant change! Despite the reservation, we had to wait over half an hour for drinks and over an hour for food. The food itself (suckling pig roast) quite tasteless with a stretched sauce. The staff - probably due to understaffing - seemed overwhelmed and irritated. When we asked where the food was, it was succinctly said that we should go somewhere else next time if it takes us too long here. Thank you for the tip, we will certainly take it to heart!

You eat the rest well ...

After knowing the good cuisine of the innkeepers from Herrnwahlthann, we can only recommend the new place of work of the two, the Schützenwirt. Honest cuisine, a good sense of ingredients and spices as well as the deliberate use of regional meat without factory farming make the food taste good. The small but varied selection of wine, schnapps and desserts let everyone find something to end with. Plus an ambience and friendly service! You feel very welcome as a guest. Price-performance ratio is consistent. We look forward to coming back and wish the host couple all the best!

Just happened to be nearby and looking for something to eat on the way home. Was a little skeptical from outside in the dark in the evening and was then very pleasantly surprised inside by the ambience, the service and the food itself and the prices. I recommend without hesitation and would love to come back.
